 Kim was adept at bringing forth detailed information like my brother having ADHD but not severe, or how my aunt talked constantly and sometimes would say things that was not proper even though she did not mean any harm. It was nice that Kim share my aunt's apology for the hurtful words and that she don't mean it. Being able to pick up on these details is what makes a great medium.
